This villa offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and is situated in a quiet, private area of the village of Pissouri. The villa is exceptionally roomy and provides the ideal environment for a restful vacation.

The first thing you'll notice when you walk into this home is the breathtaking vista from the living area's big window panels.

An L-shaped leather sofa and armchair are included in the spacious living space. Modern furniture is used to furnish the eating room. The fully furnished kitchen, which includes an oven, four-ring stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, is connected to the dining room. The dining/kitchen space opens to the outside of the property through patio doors.

There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor. A private shower room is available for one of the bedrooms, while the second bedroom has access to the first-floor family bathroom. There is a guest loo on the ground level.

There is a marble staircase that takes you to the villa's first level. Glass doors lead from the spacious landing to a wide covered balcony with air hockey, table football, and table tennis for hours of fun while taking in the breathtaking, incomparable views. There is enough amusement for the whole group here. For those who prefer a game of cards, the villa also has a card table.

The remaining two bedrooms, including the master bedroom with an en suite shower, and the family bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower are located on this floor. In addition, this bedroom has access to the first floor's spacious common deck and a private balcony with views of the sea. This villa's final bedroom is a double room with an attached bathroom.

The gorgeous 14 x 5 m infinity swimming pool (depth: 1.20 m to 1.70 m) is located outside, providing a refreshing plunge under the warm Cypriot sun. The pool is surrounded by gorgeously designed plants. There is a sizable built-in BBQ on the side of the house, providing you with the ideal setting for alfresco eating. You can take in breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the small bay under the home from every angle of this large outdoor space.
