The villa offers a living room, kitchen and dining area. Patio doors from both areas lead to the spacious outside terrace and swimming pool.

The 3 bedrooms all offer an en-suite. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and the remaining bedrooms are found on the first floor.

The spacious grounds provide small green lawned areas around the property and with its amazing views, is an ideal setting for a wedding ceremony and reception.

Peristerona is a traditional Cypriot village located within a 15 minutes drive from the seaside town Polis Chrysochous and Latchi, and a 40 minutes drive from Paphos. This picturesque mountain village is famous for its efforts to maintain the beauty and the traditions of Cyprus.

All visitors to Peristerona will notice that the roads are planted with local trees to add to the green feel of the area. This is a tradition carried on through the ages. The surrounding countryside is also very picturesque and an extremely romantic place. At approximately 300 meters above sea level the soft undulating hills are covered with vines, olive trees, wildflowers and herbs, and fruit trees while most of the locations offer views to the sea and the Akamas Peninsula or to the Evretou dam. It is highly recommended to take the old road from Peristerona to Lysos village and then down to Pelathousa and on to Polis as the drive is absolutely beautiful.

Just because you prefer to stay inland does not mean you have to miss out on the beach experience. The coastal resorts of Polis and Latchi are both within 12 kilometres of the village and both feature coarse sand and shingle beaches with sun beds and umbrellas for hire and restaurants/snack bars providing refreshments. If you prefer a more remote option then venture a little further along the coast to the natural stretch of coarse sand, shingle and pebble that runs along the Argaka shoreline.

Beyond Latchi, you will find the well known 'Baths of Aphrodite' and for the more adventurous explorer the protected Akamas Peninsular with its many walking trails. Take the time to explore some of the villages off the beaten path where you'll discover such delights as village cultural centres and museums, galleries, churches and wineries with free wine tasting!

Polis and the surrounding villages offer activities such as boat trips, fishing, cycling, watersports and scuba diving amongst the many activities on offer to visitors. The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities, Water Park, Paphos Zoo and attractive harbour area is within a 45-minute drive.
