A spacious 5-bedroom villa is situated amidst banana groves in the exclusive Sea Caves area yet only a two minute drive to the popular area of Coral Bay.

The villa has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor with an en-suite and the remaining bedrooms are on the first floor all with en-suite bathrooms.

The spacious outside area is a perfect setting for a wedding ceremony and reception.

LOCATION

The area of Sea Caves is situated in a peaceful location between the popular resort of Coral Bay and the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges. The Sea Caves coastline is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkelling territory. The Sea Caves offers the ideal place to enjoy walks along the cliffs and unwind from it all.

Coral Bay is less than a 10-minute drive from the area. Coral Bay is a family oriented area and has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The centre of the resort features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, a bank, chemist and a launderette. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire as well as a facility for water sports.

For a taste of the more traditional, the Church at St George overlooks the modest fishing harbour from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and enjoy a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of the small selection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers, the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village.

The Paphos Zoo and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages are both within the Sea Caves area. Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the resort of Coral Bay and if you extend your exploring to encompass the town of Paphos, approximately 25 minutes away, the list of available activities expands to include a boat trips, bowling, a water park, several historical sites, an attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities.
