Majestically perched in the hills behind Peyia the villa boasts uninterrupted views of the sweeping coastline that stretches from the rugged beauty of the Sea Caves area towards the town of Paphos. This stunning 6-bedroom villa with private swimming pool offers magnificent views from nearly every angle and almost every room.

The villa consists of three buildings each with a separate entrance: - the main house, the wing and the annexe.

Lawned areas, paved terraces, wooden decking and stunning views provide the perfect setting for a wedding ceremony and reception.

LOCATION

Peyia is a large and welcoming village clinging to the rugged hills that act as a backdrop to this photogenic stretch of Paphos coastline. The centre of Peyia village offers traditional tavernas, restaurants with international theme nights, wine bars, coffee shops, a bank, a medical centre, well-stocked supermarkets, fruit market and a bakery.

The popular resort of Coral Bay is located within a 5-minute drive from Peyia. This family-oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer with plenty of restaurants, bars and amenities. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach. This sandy horseshoe shaped bay is honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, water sports are on offer and there are two beach cafes providing refreshments.

Paphos Town, approximately 12 kilometres away, was once the capital of the island and is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well-preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made.
