We just wanted to give you some feedback after Claire & Toms wedding at Villa 60363 on 10th August regarding the actual wedding package and more importantly of our experience of Mandy who was our wedding planner. We booked the platinum wedding package through the villa group and were very happy with everything that it included & with all the help and assistance given to us by Mandy.
Right from the beginning we felt that Mandy was always more than happy to answer any and every query that we had and was extremely patient with us and we always felt confident that Mandy had everything organised well, under control and she was always making sure that We were kept informed and she helped make the whole process extremely stress free! She was always extremely friendly and easy to chat to either by phone or email and her responses were comprehensive and very quick. We never waited long for a reply and felt that we could trust Mandy’s advice and that she had our best interest at heart and truly wanted to do the absolute best job she could to make sure that everything was perfect and Claire & Tom had the wedding of their dreams, which they absolutely did!! It was so great knowing that we could relax and let Mandy do her job!! We tried our best to allow her to get on with it with as little interference from us as possible as she is the expert!
The scheduled pre wedding meeting where Mandy took us to the town hall to do the legal stuff first and then to a coffee shop to be given the full itinerary for the wedding day was both informative as well as reassuring! Meeting Mandy in person we could see that she is very astute and conscientious and we knew that she would absolutely have everything running like clockwork on the day! We were certainly not disappointed…
Mandy arrived right on schedule and oversaw everything on the day and did a really fantastic job, everything flowed really smoothly and although Mandy was there until around 10pm her presence was never intrusive in any way! Mandy even kindly offered and drove to the supermarket during the end of the meal to buy more wine on our behalf as we panicked that we might run out!! Even when we called her a few days later on what we later realised was a bank holiday to say we had noticed that we had been mistakenly left the town hall file and that Claire’s passport number was incorrect on the marriage certificates, Mandy came to the hotel and picked them up and dealt with everything and had amended certificates sorted out and posted recorded delivery to us at home in the UK.
We were in contact with Mandy right up to the moment we flew home a week after the wedding on the 17th August as she made sure that we had received the video and the photographs to take home with us!! We really would recommend Mandy as a wedding planner to absolutely anyone without any hesitation at all, she was truly amazing and please would you pass on our sincere thanks to her for all of the help that she gave to us!!
